Restaurant Bookings
Running late? Please let us know. We will hold your table for up to 30 minutes after your reservation time. Standard table reservations are allocated for 2 hours. Bookings of up 9 Guests – Card details are required to secure your reservation. Any reductions in numbers, cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your reservation will be charged at £15 per person. Bookings of 10–14 Guests – A non-refundable deposit of £15 per person is required. Bookings of 15 or More Guests – A non-refundable deposit of £15 per person is required, along with a completed pre-order form returned no later than 48 hours before your reservation. Event Menu Dining – Full prepayment is required, with completed pre-order forms returned no later than 7 days before your reservation.
Events
Event tickets must be paid for in advance, your ticket is not confirmed until payment has been made. Tickets cancelled less than one week before the event are non-refundable. Where possible, tickets cancelled within one week of the event may be transferred to a future event, subject to management's discretion. Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment card used for the booking.
Private Hire
For any private hire event, a non-refundable deposit of the hire charge will be needed to guarantee the booking. We will require full payment of any food and prearranged beverage choices 1 month prior to the event.}
