Restaurant Bookings

Running late? Please let us know. We will hold your table for up to 30 minutes after your reservation time.

Standard table reservations are allocated for two hours.

Bookings of up to 9 guests require card details to secure the reservation. Any reductions in numbers, cancellations or no-shows made within 24 hours of the reservation may incur a charge of £15 per person.

Bookings of 10–14 guests require a non-refundable deposit of £15 per person.

Bookings of 15 or more guests require a non-refundable deposit of £15 per person together with a completed pre-order form returned no later than 48 hours before the reservation.

Where dining from an event menu, full payment is required in advance, together with completed pre-order forms returned at least seven days before the booking.

Events

Event tickets must be paid for in advance. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Tickets cancelled less than seven days before an event are non-refundable.

Where possible, tickets cancelled within seven days may be transferred to a future event at the discretion of management.

Any approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Private Hire

Private hire bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.

Where food and pre-arranged drinks have been selected, full payment must be received prior to the event in accordance with the booking agreement.

Alcohol Sales

You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase alcohol.

By placing an order or purchasing alcohol, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We operate Challenge 25 and reserve the right to request valid photographic identification before serving alcohol.

​

It is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol, or for someone else to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18.
